Dauntless began as a dream shared between founders Kelsi and Terrance Sterett; to build a company rooted in integrity, faith, and resilience. Inspired by the USS Sterett and its proud motto “Forever Dauntless,” that same spirit became the foundation for everything they’ve built. What started as a vision over dinner has grown into a legacy of leadership, character, and construction excellence.

As a passionate “Go-Getter,” Kelsi Sterett is a force of energy behind all Real Estate, Business Development, Administration, and Strategic Thinking at Dauntless Contracting. She enhances the construction experience of her team with her passion for her client engagements, attention to detail, leadership footprint, and business relationships. Kelsi brings to the table years of construction experience in the commercial, residential and education sectors. Her project management experience is a pivotal tool for all Dauntless projects' completion and success. Kelsi is actively involved in numerous construction organizations to better service her community through her profession.

With over 27 years of experience in the construction environment, Terrance Sterett is a dedicated construction executive who is driven to build. He has extensive experience in business development, operations, preconstruction, staffing, and project team leadership from project inception to completion. His passion for construction and engineering is invested in each of his clients and business relationships.

Dauntless restores and strengthens communities through hands-on rebuilding projects, charitable demolition initiatives, employee volunteering (B.R.A.V.E. Program), and faith-based leadership, ensuring impact both physically and spiritually in every restoration effort.
B.R.A.V.E.
The B.R.A.V.E. Program—Building Relationships and Volunteer Engagement—is Dauntless Contracting’s company-wide initiative empowering employees to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Through this program, each team member is given paid time each month to volunteer, support charitable causes, and participate in community development efforts. B.R.A.V.E. reflects the core values of Dauntless: service, leadership, and building a legacy that goes beyond construction. It’s not just about what we build, but how we uplift others while doing it.

At Dauntless, our leadership is rooted deeply in faith—we don’t separate who we are at home from how we lead in business.
